  • $500 returnable damage deposit

  • $350 USD departure cleaning charge and 10% Government VAT added to all quotes

  • 100% refund up to 1 month before trip and 50% refund on cancellations up to 14 days prior to check in

  • Minumum 5 day booking, discounts for 10 days+
